Holy Land Pilgrimage Meeting –Saturday 26^th May at 7.00 pm

There will be a meeting in the hall to talk about the 2013 pilgrimage. If you are thinking about going on the Pilgrimage or just want to know more please come to the meeting. Further details Fr Ken

Pentecost- Sunday 27^th May

Saturday Working Team – 2^nd June 9.30 am – 12.00

Jubilee Celebrations - Sunday 3^rd June

There will be Sung Eucharist at 10.am then a Cream Tea at 4.30 pm followed by Festival Evensong at 6.30 pm. The choir for this service will be “The Memorable Music Singers”, a professional quartet. led by Julia Raeburn of Hampton Court Chapel Choir.

Requiem Mass – Saturday 16^th June 9.30 am

Tuesday Social 19^th June -  2pm to 4pm 

Diamond Jubilee Concert Monday 4^th June 7.30 pm

The concert will open with a Trumpet fanfare composed especially for the occasion and will include some Music for the Royal Fireworks by Handel; a selection of movements from Mozart’s Gran Partita (arranged for Wind Quintet), Haydn’s Divertimento, some Early Hungarian Dances by Farkas and pieces by Elgar, Grainger, Parker, Hallam and Parry Jones.  The concert will be rounded off with a spine tingling arrangement of the National Anthem, which will include the Fanfare trumpets and organ. The evening will be rounded off with a special (and very “colourful”) event in the car park, which we hope will be able to be enjoyed by other local Heston residents. 

Please buy your tickets as soon as possible –Adult tickets £10 in advance or £12 on the night. Children’s tickets are £5.

Don’t forget to invite friends, relatives and neighbours and encourage them to come along.

A program of popular and classical music for wind quintet.to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
